Ham co-founded PluralSoft in 2004. He brings over 20 years of experience in the IT industry working for and consulting at Global 1000 organizations in Financial Services, Healthcare, Telecommunications-Media-Entertainment, Travel – Transportation and High Tech industry verticals. Ham led implementations of multiple mission critical business systems at these organizations by being involved in the entire business solution lifecycle - from strategy to operations. Before founding PluralSoft, Ham worked at Tanning Technology Corporation - a global IT solutions provider, at INVESCO Funds Group (part of INVESCO LIMITED) – an asset management company, and at WIPRO Technologies in India.

Ham has a Masters degree in Computer Information Systems from University of Hyderabad, India and a Bachelors in Mathematics, Statistics and Economics from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India.

KG co-founded PluralSoft in 2004. KG brings over 21 years of experience in the IT industry working for and consulting at Global 1000 organizations in Healthcare, Telecommunications-Media-Entertainment, Travel – Transportation, Financial Services and High Tech industry verticals. KG was involved in conceptualizing, designing, developing and implementing large mission critical business solutions in both operational and business analytics arenas. Before founding PluralSoft, KG worked at Tanning Technology Corporation - a global IT solutions provider, and Tata Consultancy Services, a large global software consulting firm based in India.

KG has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from IIT-Roorkee in India.

Sunil has over 20 years of business and entrepreneurial experience. He started his career with Xerox in India. In 1990 he co-founded Fortune Informatics Ltd now renamed as Intense Technologies Ltd, an enterprise software products company based in India, he worked for 13 years there and played a key role in transforming it from a small start up company to a Public Listed company with massive foot print across the world. Sunil was responsible for corporate strategy, product strategy, marketing and sales including building key marketing alliances across the globe, he provided leadership in successful spread and use of enterprise software products such as streamlining output management solutions as a business process optimization strategy for Global 1000 companies in Financial Services, Healthcare, Telecom and Business Process Outsourcing industry verticals.

In 2004 he founded Rahvis Solutions Ltd an IT Services company with connective technologies and business process optimization frameworks that drive operational efficiencies, and extend revenue streams.

In 2006 Rahvis was combined with PLURALSOFT to optimize and leverage the combined synergies of both entities, his international experience and business leadership will help PLURALSOFT fulfill its vision and deliver value to all stake holders.

Sunil studied his Masters in Business Management in IMDR Pune India and Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Statistics and Economics from Nizam College Osmania University, Hyderabad, India.

Dr. Savana was on the advisory board of PluralSoft since inception in 2004. A physician entrepreneur who founded and managed multiple ambulatory care settings as well as advised HMOs as a Medical Director, Dr. Savana is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and is a practicing physician for over a decade. Since 2007, Dr. Savana has taken a more active role in formulating Healthcare solutions strategy and providing business domain expertise to enhance the capabilities and application of PluralSoft’s CLINICIO™ suite of Clinical Data Systems to deliver inexpensive, reliable, quality solutions to the healthcare industry.

Dr. Savana has an M.B.B.S from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India and obtained his M.D from State University of New York, Buffalo, USA.
